"Easy refills, just a tiny hiccup"
Refilling my meds was super easy and way less stressful than I expected. The only small downside was that I wasn’t totally sure at first if everything had gone through, so a clearer confirmation would’ve been nice. But overall, it was quick, hassle-free, and I’d definitely use it again

"Medication was never in stock"
I decided to try Honeybee Health because the price seemed good, but the medication I actually needed wasn’t available. At first it looked like I could place the order... then later I was told it was out of stock.
I waited a few days hoping it would update or come back, but nothing really changed. Ended up going back to my regular pharmacy anyway... which was frustrating since I needed the medication on time.

"Pharmacist support was frustrating"
I tried Honeybee Health because I needed a quick answer from a pharmacist about one of my meds. Simple question. Or at least I thought it was. But getting a response took way longer than I expected.
When they did reply, the answers felt really brief and kind of copy-pasted. Not super helpful. I had to explain the same thing more than once, and even then I still didn’t feel like I got a clear answer.

The prices might be fine, honestly. But pharmacist support was the whole reason I was using them at that moment. I ended up calling my local pharmacy instead. Less hassle. Not worth the stress for me.

"Helpful overall, just a bit slow"
They did help me out in the end, so I can’t really complain too much. The replies just took longer than I expected, which was a little frustrating. But yeah, once they got back to me, the support was actually useful

"Decent prices, but not always as low as I expected"
I’ve used Honeybee Health a couple of times for my medications, and overall it was fine. I went in expecting the prices to be way cheaper than my local pharmacy, but that wasn’t always the case. Some meds were a good deal, while others were only a little less or about the same. I think it really depends on what you’re ordering. I’d still consider using them again, but I’d definitely compare prices first.

"Packaging seemed way too flimsy"
My order did arrive on time, so that part was fine, but the package looked rough when I got it. The mailer was thin, one corner was ripped open, and I immediately had that “why is this so complicated?” reaction because I really shouldn’t have to worry about meds being protected in transit.

Thankfully nothing was missing or damaged, but for a pharmacy order I expected the packaging to feel a lot more secure. It came across as a bit careless, and I’d feel better ordering again if they used something sturdier.

"Order came just right"
Got my meds today and everything was the way it was supposed to be. No mixups or anything missing, which was a relief. After that whole thing from before, I was glad it all showed up right.

My trust in it feels shaky now. I’m not saying it’s totally done for me, but I definitely don’t feel as confident using it anymore lol

"Clear prices before paying"
I appreciated that Honeybee showed the full cost before I paid. Right there upfront. No surprise fees popping up after checkout, which was nice. The only thing, payment could be a little smoother. Took me a second to figure out the options.

"The website was frustrating"
I tried placing an order, but the website was kind of a pain to use. The pages were loading slowly, some of the buttons weren’t very clear, and I ended up having to redo a few steps more than once. Maybe other people have better luck with it, but I got frustrated and just gave up.

I was trying to transfer my prescription, it took way longer than it should have. I had to check in more than once just to figure out what was happening, and the updates I did get weren’t very clear. It finally got sorted, but by that point I was fed up with the whole back-and-forth.

I placed an order and expected the updates to be at least as clear as other pharmacies or online shops I’ve used, but that wasn’t the case. The status page kept showing the same thing, and the emails didn’t really explain what was happening or when I could expect it to ship. I ended up checking over and over myself and still felt in the dark. Frustrating, especially when it’s medication and timing actually matters.
